 Costa Rica is world renowned for its pristine whitewater rivers and breathtaking flat-water wildlife paddling. Abundant rainfall, warm water, and a wide variety of rivers and eco-systems are what make Costa Rica's rainforest a paradise for paddlers. SOAR has created a great paddling and hiking adventure that features the best of Costa Rica's rainforests, national parks and beaches. Co-led by Costa Rican nauralist guides, this 8 day itinerary visits remote locales that are known for their exquisite flora and fauna. Our small group will travel through the countryside in a spacious luxury bus, spending 7 nights in unique rainforest lodges and country inns.

Itinerary
at-a-Glance:
Day 1 - San Jose,
transfer to Caribbean lowlands, visit private rainforest garden.
Day 2 -Tres Amigos river (Class I-II-)
Day 3 - Penas Blancas river (Class I), Arenal
Day 4 - Rio Celeste and La Pura Vida!
Day 5 - Rio Tenorio, transfer to Pacific side.
Day 6 - Tarcoles, Scarlet Macaw migration, canopy tour / zip line.
Day 7 - Manuel Antionio national park, whitewater rafting (optional)
Day 8 - Return to San Jose.

Payment / Cancellation Policy:
A $500.00 deposit shall be paid at the time of the reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to departure. Any cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations more than 15 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund of amount paid. Cancellations less than 15 days prior to departure will not receive any refunds.
